Hope you’re doing well! As part of our standard process, we request installation photos of the Entrix Monitoring devices and antennas. This helps us verify that all connections have been set up correctly and that the antennas are properly mounted.

Hi Andreas,

We just tried to reach our monitoring devices and couldn’t. Is the site powered up? I also checked that they’ve been offline since last Wednesday. If we can’t reach our devices, we won’t be able to finish the necessary configuration for our signal test at 10:30 today.

the software component merge request is currently in review.

As soon as this QA-step is finished, we could start with a communications test on one of our testing setups.

​​

I think we can coordinate testing around the beginning of next week.

I will talk to our software engineers and come back to you by thrusday.

​​

After successful integration testing we will roll out our software component onto the live asset within the next maintenance window (tbd).

Testing depends on our progress with the DSO. We still have some testing pending together with the DSO regarding the final commissioning of the PCU.

After all that is finished we can reserve time to do testing with you.

The Entrix Monitoring Box can run both a Modbus Client and a Modbus Server. Our strongly preferred method is to be the Modbus TCP Client and poll the Modbus TCP Server running on the EMS for the data. If in exceptional cases, the EMS can only run a Modbus TCP Client, we can also set up a Modbus TCP Server for you. Please let me know accordingly.

We have also made some minor changes to our datapoint list. Please find the latest version attached. Please me know if you have any questions or concerns about it.
